Dear Community,

We understand your anger about the ongoing problems with our planned $1,000 first deposit freeroll tournament at CoinPoker. We have already complained numerous times and asked for a solution, so far without success. The tournament has been rescheduled several times, but each time incorrectly, and for some reason it has always been password protected, even though all qualified players should receive a ticket to enter. We don’t understand what’s so difficult about this either, and our requests are ignored.

Please understand that we cannot keep replying to your numerous e-mail messages and therefore we are publishing this news. We will let you all know as soon as CoinPoker informs us when the tournament is properly set up and taking place. You are also welcome to contact us in live chat via Telegram or Discord.

We understand that this is a completely unacceptable situation, as the tournament was advertised as such, so every player should have the right to participate. Unfortunately, we cannot solve this problem on our own and are dependent on the help of the poker room, in this case CoinPoker. For now, there is nothing we can do except apologise and ask for your patience. As always, we will do our best to resolve this in the best interests of our community.

We will continue to monitor developments at CoinPoker closely to ensure that you as a player have the best possible experience. So far we haven’t had any issues reported with payouts or anything else, so there’s no reason for us to issue a warning and you can play there without worry. The problem is probably more in the background, as the CoinPoker team has been greatly reduced and there seems to be a lack of structure and overview, which makes work more difficult for us as an affiliate.

Best regards

Your YPD team
